Legal Indemnification/Disclaimer and Refund Policy

By purchasing anything from Elizabeth's PSI Parlour, you, the Customer, are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

Age of Consent:

I, the Customer, affirm that I am legally an ADULT, and that I am over the age of maturity in my state or province. 

Indemnification:

I, the Customer, agree to indemnify and hold Elizabeth Richards, operating as Elizabeth's PSI Parlour, harmless from and against any claims, suits, penalties, obligations, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) and including any claims by myself, the Customer, or any third parties (which may include members of my family or business) incurred or suffered by myself with respect to any damage or injury alleged to have resulted from or to have arisen from my use of the materials or the content contained in them.

Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability:

Elizabeth Richards, operating as Elizabeth's PSI Parlour, shall not be responsible for losses or damages suffered by me, the Customer, for any reason or cause. I, the Customer, waive all claims of responsibility against Elizabeth Richards, operating as Elizabeth's PSI Parlour, for any reason, other than physical defects in the materials supplied to me.

Refunds:

All products are on electronic files. If your electronic file doesn't work, I'll replace it. You'll need to send the broken file back to me. If the link is broken, tell me and I'll fix it right away. There are NO REFUNDS because I send you the finished product and I cannot guarantee that you will love it (but I think you will). 

Readings: 

Sorry, there are NO REFUNDS on Readings. If we don't click, I'll suggest ending the reading or trying a different instrument, like the Runes. In my long career as a professional Psychic, I can assure you that as long as you are mentally relaxed and open to what the Universe wants to send you, you will have an enjoyable reading and a good reading with me. If you try to manipulate me with histrionics or drama or dishonesty, it isn't going to go well.

All goods in the Store are PAYABLE IN ADVANCE, including special orders on items not stocked, like Bindrunes and upcoming Book Chapters.  

Paid-for Lessons:

Sorry, there are NO REFUNDS on Lesson purchases. So be sure to take a look at the  Lesson Previews before you buy because you get the finished product electronically. If you purchase something that has a technical problem, I'll replace it. You'll need to send the broken file back to me. If it's a broken link, let me know and I'll repair it right away. There's no extra charge for classes.

Bindrunes:

Sorry, there are NO REFUNDS on Bindrunes. If you, the Customer, use your Bindrune for a different purpose than we agreed on, I will not be liable or responsible for what happens to you. Bindrunes are not to be messed with.

Your purchase means that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
